Tony B. is a BBQ chef from Milwaukee who's been in the game for 15 years and now calls Chicago home. He was recently featured on Gordon Ramsay's Food Stars and runs the beloved Eat Steak Chips — equal parts restaurant, personality, and philosophy. He's the real deal.
